Comenzaremos con un trago de tequila mientras conoces nuestras plantas de chile. Luego haremos un viaje breve por la historia del chile, sus muchas variedades, clasificación y usos.
Te llevaré con Alma González, una reconocida Chef, con quien tendrás una masterclass!. La clase comenzará cosechando algunos de los ingredientes y luego seremos invitados a ingresar a su increíble cocina tradicional mexicana. Una vez en este ambiente acogedor, aprenderemos de primera mano sus secretos sobre cómo cocinar cinco tipos de salsas mexicanas, que están en la base de gran parte de la cocina mexicana. ¡Aprenderás haciéndolo.
Al terminar de cocina, probaremos las salsas recién hechas, con nuestro segundo tequila y una comida completa: una variedad de tacos y deliciosos bocadillos mexicanos. Mientras disfrutamos, la Chef te explicará qué salsas combinan mejor con diferentes verduras y / o carnes y cómo puedes fusionarlas con tu cocina diaria. Si eres vegetariano, no te preocupes, también tenemos un menú para ti.
